Research Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices of Emergency RNs

DESCRIPTION OF STUDY PARTICIPATION

You are being asked to participate in a research study about emergency nurses’ research knowledge, attitudes, and practices because you are a registered nurse attending the NJENA annual conference.

Your involvement will require completion of a questionnaire consisting of demographic information and multiple choice answers. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

There is no cost for participation and you are under no obligation to participate. Refusal to participate will not affect attainment of contact hours or retribution in any way. You may chose not to participate but we encourage active participation since your responses are very important to understanding emergency nurses’ research needs.

Your completion of the questionnaire acknowledges your consent to participate in this study. Please be sure to fill out all items of the questionnaire. Your responses will be kept confidential. Do not enter your name or other identifiers on the questionnaire. Answer the questions on your own, without discussing with colleagues, family, or friends. Thank you for your participation, time, and efforts in this investigation.
